How the therapy works?
We clarify your request, consider on the goals, determine the desired results and criteria to track the changes. We agree on the format of cooperation, the frequency of sessions and the duration of therapy.
Online meetings lasting 1 hour
Set-up session
On each session I pay attention to your feedback to make our cooperation mostly effective. All information about procedures and plan are agreed with you and explained in details. I provide materials for self-help and homework for you to become a "therapist for yourself" when our cooperation is over.

We discuss the results of therapy and your future plans to use new skills and solve possible problems. It can take place with the transition to meetings once every two weeks, or within 1−2 final meetings.

Solution of one request that usually takes up to 10 sessions.
Long-term therapy
Deep work with the personality, life scenario, fundamental attitudes and strategies. Aims at sustainable changes in the overall quality of life. Duration is discussed individually.
